This Privacy Policy describes how Lemono Payments (hereinafter "the Service") handles user data. The Service is built on a serverless and decentralized architecture, prioritizing user privacy above all else.

1. Non-Collection of Personal Data

The Service operates without sign-up forms, user accounts, or Identity Verification (KYC) processes. We do not collect, process, or store any personal data (such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or official identification documents).

2. Local Storage Persistence (LocalStorage)

Any product metadata, receiving wallet addresses, and transaction logs generated by the merchant are saved strictly on the **user's local browser database (LocalStorage)**. This data never leaves your device and is not collected, transmitted, or shared with the Service operators or any third party. You can delete this data instantly by clearing your browser cache or clicking "Delete" inside your dashboard.

3. Public Blockchain Records

When executing a payment transaction using USDC, the transaction metadata (including sender address, recipient address, payment amount, block number, and transaction hash) is permanently and immutably written to the **public blockchain ledger** (e.g. Base, Polygon).

• This ledger is public, and anyone can inspect it using blockchain explorers like Basescan or Polygonscan.
• The Service does not own or control the blockchain and cannot modify or delete transaction data.

4. Cookies & Web Tracking

We do not use browser cookies or any third-party tracking analytics (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) to track your online activities.

5. Contact & Support

Since we do not collect personal data, we do not handle personal data deletion requests. For general inquiries, please refer to the support channels on our official domain.
